ITT /progress/ report and /flex/. Tell us how much your lifestyle has improved and how far you've come. Show off and inspire others anon.
I'll start us off: every day in October I've woken up at 4am, and I've lost 15 lbs this month (and 40+ since I started). I've also been sober for the whole month after drinking a bottle of vodka every day for 3 years (and a ton of alcohol before that as well). My diabetes is gone and all my micronutrient levels are in standard ranges. The hope is real.

Took a good look at some pictures from before and realised I've made zero gains since last cut / bulk cycle. I've been going to the gym for past 4 years and my physique is at most slightly above average. I always thought I never really cared about aesthetics, but todayI felt like shit and utterly dismoraled seeing people achieving so much more within much shorter timeframe than me. I was essentially spinning wheels this whole time. I guess I'l just try harder, no biggie bros.

Went from literally 65kg twink to 80kg ripped in 2 years after my wife left me and took the kids. I am 28 now and it feels as if my life is just beginning.
Career is on a nice trajectory, but I’m still struggling with my faith.
Apart from that, everything is fine.

Forgot its /flex/, sorry for downing it up
just realised i've been grinding at overemployment for 2 years now. making 130k / yr after tax in a country with LCOL. Managed to rack up 300k usd. turning 25 soon and seeing my peers succumb to weed, wage-slaving paycheck to paycheck because they can't budget. my biggest problem i have no idea where to put the money. i got half a BTC as a hedge, but I'm not willing to go all-in. Passive investing into ETFs sounds cool, but my country is a little risky.

Added LISS daily cardio into my routine. 45 min walking max incline every day. After a week went to this girls house and my cock was longer and stronger than it's been in years. I actually burst a capillary in there out of nowhere. It hurt. But then my cock got hard again and I fucked her more. It was unreal seeing my ding dong bigger and longer than before, I hardly recognized it.
Never not doing daily cardio ever again. LEANpill LISSmaxing is now law.

I'm literally the biggest loser on this entire board. I'm 34 years old and have nothing. Absolutely nothing. Whatsoever. In my life. If I described my life, people wouldn't even believe it, they wouldn't believe someone could be as pathetic as I am. I get enraged seeing how happy and successful everyone else in society is, even the most basic of normalcy makes me so angry despite me being the sole reason why I am like this. All I think about every second of every day is how desperately I want to kms and how much of a worthless, pathetic, humiliating piece of dog shit I am. It's really difficult to do anything to improve yourself from ground zero when words cannot even describe how much you despise yourself and want yourself to be dead.

Do you occupy yourself with some hobby or something (like video games or porn), and you would just rather do that instead of the things that would better your life (like going to the gym, getting a skill/job, making friends, etc.)? I'm not telling you what to do or trying to pass judgement, I'm just genuinely asking because I want to know the answer.

Still small though. When bantering around with my friend, he joked that his money spent on cigs is better than my money spent on gym memberships, cuz at least his smoking habits are visible to the world, while my gym results are not yet.

Used to be quite fit, had close to 25 ffmi at like 198lbs at 5ft 9in a decade ago with decent lifts (squat 315x4, OHP 185x1, DL 425x4, bench I don't even remember but it wasn't anything great). Work a wife and a kid later balloon up to 285lbs and hadn't lifted or exercises in years.
Been getting back on track doing lifting and cardio min 5x per week for the past 3 weeks so far. Down 14lbs (while also loading creatine so probably closer to 16 to 18lbs).
Tracking macros and micronutrients eating so much healthier (lean ground beef, salmon, sweet potato, avocado etc, not even craving junk food or takeout much at all anymore).
Strength starting to slowly come back. Back. Did 170x17 on squats (was only aiming for 8). Got ohp for 125x8, DL still light (230x5) but not rushing on that. Bench is incline and did 160x8.
Staying disciplined and working out before work or during my lunch break when I can. Doing LISS cardio after to burn some more fat.
According to the scale fat is down .8% and muscle is up .7% so I'm hitting a good recomp state which is what I'm aiming for.
Actually getting good sleep.
Maybe not impressive progress but it's the right direction and I'm very happy doing it.

Started exercising for the first time in over a decade earlier this year. For years I was too scared to do so due to health issues but after conversations with doctors, nurses and others with the same conditions I took the plunge. So glad I did. I was overweight, almost approaching obesity. Lost a lot of fat and gained some muscle. What impressed myself more than that though is how much I enjoyed it. I exercised as a teen and hated it but I realise now that I just don't enjoy doing cardio (gym wouldn't let me do weights until I was 17 back then). Lifting is really fun. I enjoy doing it, I enjoy succeeding at my goals and somehow I'm even enjoying when I'm failing my goals because I'm learning my limits and how to adapt. My health, both physical and mental, has done a complete 180 in just 6 months. I'm still overweight but I am happier, fitter and am no longer getting sleep apnea.
The only negative is that I started a new job recently that is quite physical so I'm usually too tired to work out as often as I like. I'm still on a calorie defecit so my weight is still going the right way but it's not as quick or as enjoyable as it was when I was a gym-neet. I'm hoping this will change soon as my quick progress has inspired some friends and family to also take an interest in changing for the better and have suggested we work out together sometime
