Good snacks for during the day?
Pre-diabetic, brought down my A1C by going to the gym.

>great success

I changed my diet up, but I find myself hungering during the day for snacks. Obviously I don't want to eat garbage like Doritos or Snickers bars. Something that'll pick me up, as I can feel like I'm having a bit of a crash at times too (drink cheap free shit coffee at work).

Any advice? I'll pack my own shit along with my lunch, I just want to know what's the best option.

Pic related.

4L of sugar free gelatin (15g powder/1L water) is ~80 calories and has enough volume to forcibly keep you full all day. Add vitamin powder/protein powder to meet micros/macros as you please.

Noted.

What if I want to change it up occasionally and actually eat something? What would you suggest?

Could always do beef jerky, yogurt, a little fresh fruit like some melon or berries, vegetables of choice with a little tasty dip of choice, even the heavily processed shit like protein chips would be fine. None of those should increase your A1C that much
