>Been lifting since high school
>Make pretty good gains in the 10 years since
>Stop lifting for a bit during graduate school.
>Decide to come back, do crossfit since I need to lose some weight.
>The instructor constantly yells at me and tells me what I'm doing wrong

Have I really been lifting incorrectly all these years? Would I have ever known if I didn't join a class? Are most dudes at the gym using shit technique?

Why arent you posting videos of your lifts?
Besides crossfit is kind of shit anyway

I couldn't outlift the femdom fetish, instead I just progressively overloaded it. I went from wanting to be a cute twink who's overpowered by a strong woman, to wanting to be a jacked househusband who's financially dependent on his dominant career woman wife who treats him like he's a 1950s housewife despite the fact that he can bench twice her bodyweight for reps.
