filler day
I normally do PPL but when it's middle of the week I like to do these exercises
>pull ups
>OHP
>barbell curls
>reverse curls

anything I should add?

I have an accessories day
>abs
>neck
>forearms
Maybe I should fit in tibialis raises, do enough calves on leg days.
3 day ppl? You could do calisthenics days in between
>pushups
>pullups
>situps
>squatups (heh)
