alright, real talk doe. Why dont you just start loosing fat ? Calculate your calories, eat ina 500 to 900 cal deficit daily, eat whole foods drink a gallon of water a day, train 4 to 5 times a week in the gym for a meesly hour and boom, you gon loose fucking fat. I went from 110kg to 101kg in 4 months, i took it slow because i wanted to make sure i wasnt gonna lean out with saggy skin. High protein daily, plus your vitamins in pills and fruits, plus gallon of water, plus the consistent excecution prevent that shit. I had a fucking gut from i dont know what but that shit got ridiculously big and mf there was some stretching in the skin and them ugly ass marks well, no saggy skin and shits literally adjusting itself due to proper timing and nutrition.
