To what extent is it true that anymore, man or woman, can get an aesthetic ass by just working out, regardless of whatever there genetics may be?

I've heard that for girls at least, boobs are genetic, ass is hardwork, but how true is this? Do some men and women simply have poorly shaped asses for genetic reasons and there's nothing they can do about it?

the muscles for the glutes for both men and women are identical.
It has the least variation in muscle belly size of any muscle on the body
women and men have pretty much the same ass strength and ass strength potential (cue clip of those bitches repping 500 on hip thrusts)
