yea i hate way too much candy and my cheeks turnt red and got incredibly bloated. im not the healthiest eater ever but man that shit is evil. im just walking on my treadmill all day which yes i know i should let my body recover on its own but hey whatever motivation to walk on this thing helps

The famous "water loss" phase of the early part of the diets stems from your body losing the inflammation now that you started to eat healthy.

Excess of carbs and sugars, fast carbs will spike your insulin and might trigger an immune response, same from high sodium food. Reminder your immune system is basically capable of killing your body if it decides to do it one day (literally some types of cancer) so anything that can disturb it will probably trigger complete body inflammation.
