No.
Caffeine does tho
If the creatine puts you in a larger calorie deficit, it can accelerate current hair loss tho

Topical caffeine ack-shilly grows hair.

There are genetic risk factors, such as high CXCL12 expression, but they are environmentally modifiable.

No, I'm neatly 40 and I've been taking it for 10+ years with no hair loss. Hair loss is just genetic, you'd be balding with or without creatine if you're genetically predisposed towards baldness

Lmao. Sure it does bro

Baldness is genetic, that is all

And why would creatine put you in a calorie deficit anyway? It is not an appetite suppressant

>le most researched supplement
That's because Jews want to make money of gymcels. Vaxx was also sold as safe and effective and you see the results of it lmao.

Creatine is fucking pointless for an average gym goer. You get:
>bloated like a pig
>there are chances it will fuck up your kidneys
>there is a high chance your hair will start thinning or even go full bald (inb4 fags coping with DHT study)
I don't care about your kike paid studies. If they want to sell something, they will lie. Anecdotal evidence of people that have experienced those things is huge online. Are all of them lying? Or are the "scientists" lying?

In short, you get two more reps on exercises for the price of being a bloated balding pig with fucked up kidneys and no money in the pocket. Enjoy.

You can either trust balding/bald /fit/fags and paid off studies by Big Pharma.

Or

You can trust anecdotal evidence from men that posted it on: 4chan, reddit, youtube, bb forums, tiktok, facebook, intagram. Pretty much everywhere.

The thing is. Big companies benefit from Creatine being "the most studied supplement", they make big money out of it. So of course they wouldn't want to lose that money, so they keep it down about potential hair thinning or even hairloss, kidney issues, gut issues. Ask yourself if being a bloated puffyfaced pig, with potential balding side effect is really worth your money and extra 2-3 reps on each exercise?

Only if you already have predisposition to being bald. If not, it won't make a difference. Also, it only elevates your DHT levels while you're using it.

Is creatine really necessary for gaining more muscle mass? Because I've been going to the gym for almost 3 years and had great progress this year, and I ever tried creatine nor protein

Maybe if you're exceedingly dysgenic, but generally no. Helps though? Sure, just not as much as a whole bunch of other less normie stuff.

> be 23 and try creatine 3 months
> huge gains, instantly 2-3 more reps per lift of the same weight
> notice thinning in my temples
> stop immediately
> 7 years later, maybe it was a fluke?
> maybe I was just getting my adult hairline?
> 3 friends who all lift each independently encouraged me to use creatine
> 3 months later I had such severe shedding my shower drain clogged
> noticeably thinner, stop immediately
> realize all 3 'friends' wear baseball hats 24/7 because they're bald as shit

I sincerely believe people push creatine because they made the devils bargain: hair for gains, and getting others to make the same choice reinforces their decision. It's intentionally. They want you to be bald like them. I post this same story every time the question comes up, takes 5 minutes out of my day, but you can't say you weren't warned. There's actual research studies which have found Creatine causes hair loss. Look them up if my anecdote isn't enough- though there's thousands of testimonials just like mine. Don't do it man. Its nice but not worth it.

There are thousands of horror stories about Creatine online >>76789678

Yet, it's still pushed as miracle supplement. Now, not only by gymcels but also by brainmaxxers.

In 2023 I has a gym buddy and when have pushed ourselves to the limit, throughout the year I was taking creatine.
During Christmas, my sister has noticed the my hair got visibly thinner. I panicked and cut off creatine. After the thole 2024 my hair got a bit better but it hasn't got back to it's previous state.
I'm convinced that creatine causes hair loss if a person has predisposition for it.
I came to conclusion that if you want to get big and don't mind losing hair, pass on creatine and go for real gear. The downsides are the same, but profits are waaay better.

it causes hairlioss indirectly by living rent-free inside your brain and years and years of stress will cause all of ur hair to fall off. just die.

Glad you got good shit, a lot of it isn't even distilled right to get carnosic acid. It ain't exactly the most potent hair regrower, but shit does work to some degree if you get the right stuff.

>I don't care about your kike paid studies. If they want to sell something, they will lie. Anecdotal evidence of people that have experienced those things is huge online. Are all of them lying? Or are the "scientists" lying?
The problem is you have a complete NPC brain. The thing is that no matter how much you seethe, anecdotal evidence will always be scientifically shit, and that doesn't mean all those people are lying or don't know what happens with their hair, it just means that the evidence is shit. People like you that are either black or white NPC brained has to go to the extreme that le science is le bad, and as ironic as it is that makes your case even worse, because now you don't have proper evidence and you're against getting it.

There are currently no studies on creatine and hair loss specifically, the ones available are about DHT, and maybe creatine could have no effect on DHT but still causes hair loss through other means, especially since the anecdotes always say the shedding from creatine is very quick, and for that to happen through DHT that fast you'd have to literally overload your scalp with 5x DHT. It is true that a lot of studies on creatine's benefits are funded by creatine companies for obvious reasons, they're not going to fund a study that can potentially find bad stuff (thank capitalism for this btw), so now it would be way more beneficial for people to push for a study specifically on creatine and hair loss, and not DHT or whatever the fuck, but retards would rather just deny the entire scientific method as some kike thing and they'd rather go from what their friends said or read on social media even though a proper study done on the subject would help their case 1000x more since it's actually strong evidence
