>have 24/7 dizziness (internal swaying, dropping, spinning sensations) for two whole years
>no insurance so I never knew what was the cause because I never saw a doctor for it, except a few initial emergency room visits when it first started confirming that I didn't have a brain tumor
>close to actually killing myself
>decided to not wear my AirPods at all as my final ditch effort a week ago, as suggested by chatgpt
>dizziness and vertigo is gone within days
wtf?? can anyone relate?

Unsure if related to my dizziness because I wore them less by chance when I started PPPD exercises for dizziness. But I do know for a fact my JBL tune beams increased my tinnitus

Good for you anon I feel like 80% of people under 30 now constantly wear airpods blasting 808 beats 24/7. Shit cannot be good for your ears and makes everybody look like NPCS. Like it is fucking insane how many people these days can't just sit around with their own thoughts and require music/bs every waking hour.

ANC (Active noise cancellation) is actually horrible for you. Read up how it works, its really awful for your brain

>a little bit of EMF
WAAAAAAY too overcomplicated, just like the claim of noise cancellation is way too overcomplicated. Its not UFO nonsense its simple ear infection from either being filthy and never cleaned (most likely) or terrible fit in the ear. Or both, I suppose.
Your ears get really unhappy when you stick something in them as for all but the last 30 years or so the only reason something would be stuck in your ear for hours or days is a bug or maybe a pebble. Massive inflammation.

I remember getting dizziness from playing Minecraft with head bobbing on, I don't know how I figured out that it was the cause. I went to school and it was hard to walk all day. (over a decade ago)
I only used earbuds on public transport but comparing it to at-home sound levels, the problem is I need it louder to drown out the noise. The ears won't care though, so if it's hurting at home, it will hurt on the bus too.
All these electro/magnetic and radio waves around us can't be good desu, no wonder it's clown world out there.

Sticking and keeping something in your ear can negatively affect the vestibular system, just mechanically, not because AirPods EM emissions. I had similar issues caused by upper neck muscle stiffness.

When I wear noise cancellation headphones it makes me dizzy.
I would get really bad headaches for awhile anand had to completely avoid noise cancellation for a few years

Now I can use it fine but I don't do anything excessive.

Also putting shit in your ears is not good for you. One of the main reasons i dont like wearing earplugs.

you have to clean them you fucking retard.
you're causing ear inflammation from your gunky ass ears dumbass.
it's influencing the balancing system of the ear/nasal cavity.

this is probably also true
i had to go to hospital and get them to use the high pressure ear syring thing cause my impacted earwax was so bad after years of headphone and earplug use

even the at-home earwax cleaners are bullshit unless u get a big syring or the little bulb to spray the shit out with

Same brother. Its been a couple of years now and not drowning my mind with others thoughts / constant noise has been a major game changer.
Along with active prayer its had the highest ROI of any self-development hacks I've tried, leading to a clear head and open heart.

It makes sense. Our hearing is designed to understand the type of noise, and also the direction of noise. And the part that figures out the direction is also responsible for balance. Its how we orient ourselves in 3d space. So it makes sense that airpods would effect balance.
