Anterior pelvic tilt is kinda funny. It's a harmless condition that does nothing besides making you look zesty.

Bad posture that leads to breathing issues at one point or another and also discomfort while exercising and form issues alongside running issues and you're bound to have hip rotation bias because of it

the funnies thing is that i'm feeling like i'm oh so overarching but when i look in the mirror it's actually perfect posture

most people have neutral or straight up posterior pelvic tilt problem

i think it's delicate balance between relaxing psoas and natural tonus of abs taking over that is necessary for effortless good posture

u get paradoxical breathing, u can't use diaphragm cause QL takes over from obliques hip stabilisation and QL is supportive breathing muscle

Interesting an unknown unknown for me. I'll have to look into this now, cause I may have it. I have such weird fucked up posture, im 6'2, but slouch to about 5'11 most times. In high school every year they would check me for scoliosis and every year to their surprise it was no.

yeah bro, nerve impingement in both arms at thoracic outlet is just a minor non-issue...
Nobody who has APT looks like your retarded pic.

do some deep tissue work on your hamstrings, glutes, and hip muscles. that means learning some stretches that hit those muscles and if they are chronically tight, they can cause this condition. the tight muscle pulls the pelvis out of proper alignment and relaxing the muscles and relieving the tension will set it right. you can have chronically tight muscles for years and not even realize it.

Can lead to thoracic kyphosis and developmental issues if you're younger, like enlarged hook noses (not kidding). Also bad for sciatica as you get older.

people with anterior pelvic tilt develop or already have lower back pain which eventually turns into bulging disc then herniated disc.
how long the progression takes is different from person to person. some people die before reaching the herniated disc stage.
do glute and abs workouts.

This is a stupid 4chan meme with little relevance in the real world. On the contrary I've seen way more slumped backs from skinny dudes who could benefit from some upper back and pec work
