Neck Injury
Hurt me neck during Y-Raises to failure and it hurt a bunch moving it. A day passed and it's 80% gone, it just feels a bit numb and makes me feel a small bit tired. Can I train again tomorrow? If yes, should I cut out any of these exercises?
