Who else here does death sets?
>Purposely rep to failure on bench press and let it collapse over your body as other guys in the gym rush over to save you
>Squat until failure and then it let collapse over your neck/back of head and roll off right before your spine snaps
>Deadlift at the edge of a cliff so if you fail and stumble forward you fall off and die
Putting my body into fear of death at least tripled my gains wbu guys
