I was thinking of doing an ozempic induced long fast
Mostly because ozempic is expensive to me.
But also because doing it that way reduces most of the reasons people break out of a fast while reducing stomach size pretty fast, which would give pretty much all the benefits of ozempic without taking it for roughly 4-6 months.
But my research tolde that there a sizeable risk of having some problems like 8-12% of actualy having to go to the hospital because of it.
