is runners face real?
Is it true that even of you avoid running during daylight, the motion of bouncing up and down and straining your face will prematurely age your face.

As a Twink this is a grave concern of mine

Don't think there is any evidence of this. Most runners just spend a lot of time in sunlight and tend to be lower body fat.

Apply sunscreen?

Photos while running will not be flattering, you're exhausted and your face is bouncing around. Need to see normal social media photos of the person.

No.
To your point I ran a lot at night when I was in my early 20's but all of my running from mid 20's on has been daytime.
I have a smooth face other than when I laugh/smile and I've primarily ran/swam/spam cardio for fitness.
Good luck, twinkle toes.

Runners face isn't from premature aging or anything. It's that they set up these fucking cameras at the hardest points in the course when you are totally exhausted and not expecting them so you are making weird faces. It's a race, not a beauty contest.

>if you have low body fat and spend 6 hours in the hot sun your face will look older

Most people here are lazy, overweight and don't get enough sunlight. Go run outside for 20 minutes, it's good for you

No, anon, you see, this is the great lie the rooners are peddling. Running ain't shit for your appearance or physique. All it does is burn a few calories that you can easily counteract at lunch and work your heart.

Running gives you a boner? Isn't that awkward in those little shorts?

Nah, it's the sun. Just make oneself crepuscular.

It definitely helped me develop some stronger legs (obviously?) and shave some weight but I got very humbled the first years by how unfit some people can be while finishing half and full marathons.
