almost 100 percent of people are ego lifting in the gym
strength training is pointless, and these buffoons aren't even doing strength training
no warmups, motherfucks out here are going full retard on the daily, 2 sets of 4 or less
then they go fuck off to do the next half assed exercise
it's like these people never did any research on weightlifting and just picked fuck around
although my lifts are mostly pretty light at the moment I go up to 20 reps on my warmups, and then 10-15 on my working sets, so an actually effective bodybuilding routine
has 90 percent of the population never used google before, I'm genuinely confused at the dunning kruger effect where every dude is just doing the julian fitzgerald but not blasting enough roids to get big, some are but most aren't
