Punching power comes from technique you fucking poatan wannabe retard.
Lifting weights isn’t going to magically make you punch harder.

Party right. A guy with muscle will no doubt punch harder than a skinny twink.

Power comes from the hips twisting, so landmine twists and pushes, deadlifts. Then whatever that soviet exercise is that Fedor used to do with pushing the empty bar really fast.

Are you also regarded? What you’re saying is that someone significantly heavier/most likely taller is going to punch harder than their smaller shorter counterpart? No shit cum for brains. You basically just described weight classes.

Youre also wrong in your description of where power comes from. It doesn’t just “come from the hips” it comes from chaining your centre of gravity, and applying torque from your feet all the way to your hands.

Pathetic.

Two qualities increase force, speed and mass. Speed has a 2x multiplier on mass. It's better to throw fast than hard, but both are great. Throw punches with good form with weights. Don't throw a single punch with bad form though. The twist must start from your feet, not hips as others said.

I genuinely think my 100s of hours of VR boxing practice would cause me to absolutely demolish niggers in a fight
>B-but it's not as good as real boxing!
No shit, but I'm thinking about returning to guard, what my opponent will do based on body movements, feints, my cardio is the best it's ever been and I can stay under load for like 20
minutes at high as shit heart rates before getting gassed, I do try to use proper form when punching so pivoting my hips to generate power is second nature, and lastly, only like .1% of the population are trained fighters so any attempt at learning puts me ahead of most of the world. Anyways, hope I get to test it someday, it'll require me not to be a recluse

I guarantee you thats worse than sitting on the couch and doing nothing, the misplaced confidence it's given you will end up in your death

Confidence is beneficial in every other realm, why not this one? I'm not saying I'm going to go pick a fight with some Shaquille O Nealo looking gorilla, I'm just saying if a fight breaks out I'm better suited for it than the average guy. Even shit like working on my footwork so I make sure I'm balanced at all times, even when throwing a punch, is a big boon, and something that takes people time and practice to develop.
Now if I get tackled and the fight ends up on the ground like most do, all that's out the window, but anything leading up to that point I 1000% believe I have an advantage over the average couch potato

I own the quest 2 headset and i bough the first TotF but never tried. Im tempted to play it for cardio, but my room is small and i would have to go outside to the community patio to play it. Do you get worn off playing that game? Is it worth if i play it and neighbours label me as the local autismo?

I live in a condo and play with my shitty cheap windows open yelling nigger every time I down someone, pissing off my spic neighbors, I think totf2 is on quest2 as well, multiplayer is way more fun. Yeah I sweat balls doing it. The big difference between quest 2 and 3 is 3 has the full color passthrough which let's you play in mixed reality like I am there, augmented reality whatever it's called, and it's a Godsend because I'm not actually punching walls when I can see my surroundings.
I punched my power rack one time on accident and my hand was gushing blood but I was midway through a round and kept playing, didn't think about how throwing punches would spread the blood, I still find little specks on walls and on the ground and this was like 3 months ago

I'd love to actually spar, I'm in the middle of nowhere so closest place to me that does real sparring is 45 minutes. Not the end of the world but I work from home so the thought of driving further than the grocery store pisses me off. Another concern is that I have a dental bridge, my teeth are fucked, all my top ones and I'm terrified of making it worse, there might be ways around this and I can check google but man I would love that shit
