i get actual results training full body 2-3 times a week
i get 0 results doing splits like ppl, infact all the results i get from split routines with almost no days off is a bunch of tendonitis issues
full body routines with multiple days off between each session is the only thing that has ever worked for me, its the only thing that ever gave me actual results, its the only thing that doesn't fuck up my joints, its the only thing where I dont feel fatigued all day on
split routines are just fucking dog shit trash and im pretty sure the only reason why people do them is because they obsessively follower roiders and likely train like shit so they never feel fatigued because they never use big weights, they just spam baby weights and never train anywhere near failure, they just go through the motions on a split routine and think just because they dont take any days off that it magically means they'll grow
for a natural the only way to actually progress is to lift heavy, heavy compound lifts, full body, and actually give your body days off after each session to actually recover and grow
