Because she seems like she is into fitness for reasons other than mental illness, like so many of the FBBs who get sucked into that world.
Originally I got the vibe maybe she simply did it because her bf/pimp wanted her to be fit, so she did it to please him (this is the only acceptable reason). Maybe today she does it because it makes her tonnes of money. Either way, she clearly has enough sense to know what looks good and what doesn't.
