Everyone in the office lives in some shared delusion that being fat is ok. If everybody buys into it, and nobody kicks the nest then life goes on as normal

If someone comes in and starts to question the status quo, saying no to snacks, this very action forces the rest of the group to start to question why this new actor is declining the group dynamics. Is it because we are all participating in some delusion that overeating is ok in work culture? No no, that would require admitting flaw, lets say its because hes an asshole

If people started gossiping about me being gay id firstly see it as a shot to see if I confirm im single, women are very roundabouts in how they extract gossip. A lot of the time they are manipulating you to divulge information

Nearly everyone I've met taking Ozempic basically changed nothing about their eating habits. It's always trash goyslop, coffee milkshakes from Starbucks and alcohol. If they eat a whole pizza in a single sitting, then the Ozempic results in them only eating 3/4s of the pizza in one sitting and then finishing the rest later.

They're fat because they choose to be fat, and they think Ozempic is a 'get out of fat jail' free card that lets them keep doing the stupid choices without repercussions. I can't wait until Ozempic has been out on the market for 10+ years and the long term health effects of it become known. Lawyers will salivate and fatties will just die in droves.

Several of them have and have gone on maternity leave already. Several others have kids. Almost all of them are married.
Only one of them has hit on me (a fat married one with kids), but I shrugged it off and told HR because it was making me uncomfortable and I don't want to fuck up a family. I've seen to many friends go through that and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

For me?
It's eating all the slop they can throw at me and coasting at 15-20%.
Then for a month or two I do a strict when I approach the upper limit of that.
The rest of the year I eat whatever I want and make gains off it.
If are obsessed about being bodybuilder lean all the time, this doesn't apply so enjoy the chicken and rice in a box while the fatties sabotage you socially.
For me they can just write it off as genetics (it's really good health and a fizeek/strength that I had to cultivate i.e my metabolism is efficient, a lot of exercise and I eat real food outside of the snacks) and remain content with that cope.
