Its hard to judge who knows how to lift good vs whos just using a ton of roids. Im pretty certain my lifting knowledge would take someone roided way way further, im pretty sure a lot of them are still in the stone age of lifting iq since you never have to get advanced at other shit and you cant really see what works over time as much since your fluctuating hormone levels are the biggest factor.

However really nailing a set is a huge make or break hes right on that.
