I’ve tried a million supplements and none actually does anything.
HOWEVER, this beet root juice shit is the real deal. You literally feel it 2 minutes after drinking it and it gives you amazing energy.
This shit actually works. Yes, it looks like an abortion when you shit, and it tastes awful, but it gives you amazing energy. I also wake up with rock hard wood for some reason.

I grow some every year and I like the taste. It works, but it's so much easier to just have a high sodium, high carb meal the day before you lift.

This is always the case with any magical supplement or specific food that people espouse.

Except beetroots though actually, since its pretty unique in that it contains dietary nitrates that turns into nitrogen oxides, widening the blood vessels and improves athletic performance. This is is well known.
You might as well just take cialis actually since it pretty much does the same.

Beets are high in oxalates. Look it up. So they should be treated like a treat rather than food you regular eat

Or just consumed with rich in calcium foods. They won't cause any issues ever in such case.
