not my experience at all. mushrooms helped me heal a lot of past trauma and move past addiction of weed. it also made me be ok with being aloof/schizoid. that even if i was alone, i needed to grow and continue moving for things i felt a calling towards.
it also helped me move towards being spiritual but not religious. i acknowledge that there is a God. i pray to him, and am thankful for things i have in my life. but i also do not feel drawn to submit to any groups or demons.

Even in the moment the visuals were kinda meh, but the hyper emotional state the substance put me in made the "insights" seem way more profound then they were in hindsight. They can't hold a candle to the most cherished realizations I had stone cold sober in depth and lasting effect, they were really kinda average.
