Just do light cardio. My fitbit auto detects the elliptical machine and starts logging it when I have sex. I never use the elliptical machine so it must be estimating using its accelerometers or something. I use the stationary bike for cardio where I output about 220 watts for 30 minutes every day. This elliptical sex doesnt come anywhere near that power output or level of exertion which essentially makes even the roughest sex a minor physical activity. I used to be fairly fat and out of shape powerlifter but started leaning out and doing cardio last year. When I was fat I had no csrdio conditioning and sex with my wife was actually somewhat physically demanding. I would get sweaty and winded after a few minutes. So yeah if you have 0 cardio then just start doing cardio, you'll last longer, have more energy, be able to sustain longer intensity and not be a sweaty weezing mess.
