Pure hypertrophy wise just gymrat for like a month without being hungry assuming proper technique youll see where youre at and how fast you can build muscle but starting from objectively weak youre unhealthy. Most people who lean bulk are losing gains on both ends as they store more fat and are weaker/less muscle gain so you kinda gotta see for yourself eating/lifting periodization.
