People here can't even cook chicken right. They'll try top round once and fuck it up and it'll be the chewiest shit in the world. It is the last decent cheap cut of beef though if you know how to cook it

I've heard the cheapest way to get beef is to buy and process a cow professionally. If you split it with 4 people it's something like $500 for a year's worth of meat for a family.

Give or take. It usually balances out roughly to grocery store prices but it's better quality and treated better. Plus you can get the offal. Beef heart is fucking delicious and the tallow can be used for more than just cooking

? this is one the the cheapest cuts of beef. bodybuilders use top round, eye of round for fatless cuts. if spending $5-7/lb is too much for you, you need to re-think of ur life path or start over.

Bottom round on a rotisserie is one of the best things in the world and pretty lean. If you have a charcoal rotisserie it's better than anything you can get at a restaurant. Some Stubb's spicy on the side and you're set

In the absence of dietary fats, your body will burn its fat storage. Carbs will keep cortisol low.
