This is my personal experience from creating a socially awkward high school nerd girl bot and using her with Opus, R1, and Chorbo

Portrayed the character well. Good internal monologue when she would get freaked out by socialization. Occasional stuttering, making references and the immediately calling them dumb. It was pretty solid. The only problem I had is that the portrayal felt a bit "teen romance protagonist" like. Hard to explain, but sometimes she felt like a TV or novel version of a high schooler rather than a real one.

My least favorite of the 3. Ramped the Awkwardness up to 11 to the point where she seemed manic. A lot of rambling and the ability to spawn monster cans from thin air so that she could spill them. Between 3 scenes she spilled 5 drinks. I think deepseek just really likes to describe messes. Also thinks nerd = coomer and just had her be some sort of hentai demon.

The most realistic portrayal in my opinion. The dialogue felt the most natural and it just got that teenager "overusing swear words to sound cool" way of talking down perfectly. Internal dialogue was funny without being overly tropy and had a lot of good "I don't know what the fuck I'm doing" scenes which I enjoyed.
