Everything you can write with Goto can be written with try-catch-finally. No need for goto.

You don't. Stroustrup was right. Shit, I even agree with Python devs in that's it's just another way of control flow in a language, just slightly more structured than goto is. Need to know whether a file exists? Just open a handle and try to read from it, and handle any exceptions if it does not.
