Intel is KILL
>QiMeng-CPU, CodeV HDL, AutoOS, and QiMeng-Xpiler already beat human and LLM baselines while needing little expert effort.

>The Qi Meng system completed the world’s first fully automated 32-bit RISC-V CPU, matching Intel 486 performance with over four million logic gates, in just five hours.

i looked up the papers, they manually design the blocks, then use monte carlo to place them on the chip. the ai is only here to eliminate branches early which allows the monte carlo method to actually be feasible.

now they're left with working chips that they don't even understand

What the fuck are these metal depositions in this picture

actual chips designed and developed by ai, everything else is just a mockery for stoopid humans

>actual chips
These look like thick heavy cu traces used for a wall wort, not a top or bottom metal layer of any logic. There is no way this could be connected to any logic.

well, it was designed by advanced ai - of course it would look just like some useless metal parts. how else would it inject secret chips duh

Your post says China but this sounds very Indian

Waow! Now maybe if you can make a time machine and go back to 1990 you could impress someone with that!
