quit programming and go work physical jobs for a year like construction or some shit, then you will yearn for studying and programming, and when you burn out again go work in construction, repeat until you git gud

find someone to hold you accountable like a programmer buddy. make something that you can easily share/show off as you create/add features.

Do some kind of workout. There is energy inside you made out stress that needs to be released.

Try to sleep your eight hours.

Stay away from the computer for a while if necessary.

Turn off your phone. Treat whatever you are doing like a job, do it everyday from X hour to Y hour.

you need sugar and caffeine. not too much sugar, and not coffee either. slam diet soda or zero sugar soda.

Read the easy peasy porn guide and just replace the word "porn" with whatever has you dopamine hooked. It's all the same. Fast dopamine is a hell of a drug and it strongly alters your brain.

Do a tech detox and meditate for a few weeks, if possible. Start with a 5 minutes, then gradually go up to 20. It's really fucking hard, but it can do wonders for your mental health.
Read this:
https://www.vox.com/future-perfect/392634/how-meditation-works-new-science-consciousness
Particular the section titled: A general theory of meditation
It's incredible and stuff (a study) that I've never seen anywhere.

Programming for programming sake can't be very fun. You have to have a purpose, like you're obsessed with audio plugins, so you learn to program to cool plugins. Or you have a cool game idea, so you learn coding to do that.
