finished the vae workers, forgot to add tiling support, all done. there won't be a resolution limit
tiling kicks in if height or width are greater than 1024, if i had more gpus i could increase the tiling threshold but i figure most people use tiling after 1024 anyway
for 1024 i only need 1gb for encode and 1.3gb for decode which is great, pleased with that, decode was at like 1.6gb, more fusions reduced it. iirc pytorch needs like 5gb for decode
next thing is for clip text i need to add a task to get pooler output or text embeds instead of last hidden state, easy enough
after that i think i can start getting everything deployed

Similarly, I want to describe a subject holding her [clothed] breasts in her hands but every time I prompt 'holding breast' or 'holding chest' it has her doing so but with her breasts exposed. 'naked' visible breasts' and similar concepts in negative prompts don't seem to help either. 'holding shirt' or 'holding sweater' does not specify the chest area either so that isn't a solution.

I am definitely working on breast envy images because I am a disgusting degenerate.

For the breasts, you might need openpose. That's the only way I got it working.

Thank you. I haven't messed with Controlnet/OpenPose in a long time so I'll have to redownload/learn it but that may be the only option.
It's frustrating because the prompt 'holding breasts' or 'holding chest' gets me exactly what I want EXCEPT that the breasts are always exposed/the shirt is being lifted. It feels like it's such a small tweak to get exactly what I wanted that it should be possible just by refining the prompt but I guess it isn't.

i hate comfyui like nothing else in ui's. i'll even put up with gnome (or ani's 1980s UI) at this point rather than comfyui but i think i got it where it needs to be. but forge is my go to, i just needed to set comfyui up to be able to test some "new" stuff that no one's bothered to make an extension or patch for forge yet and i wasnt willing to figure out someone else's spaghetti (other than some particular nodes)

Lads how are you supposed to generate videos longer than 3 seconds with Hunyuan in comfy? I have a 5090 but anything above 3 secs spills over into ram once the vram is full. It's also at 480p and 20 steps so it's not like I'm doing 720p

next i'll add more visual examples for vae encode and decode
then like user stories, code examples for the client and links to github for that plus integrations i'll make comfyui nodes and stuff
soon:tm: i'll add support for bulk vae encode and text embeddings that return a webdataset or something, to use with training. that's a nice use case imo, i've seen the issue a lot where people are training and get oom from text encoders or vae during evaluation, or just caching latents take a long time
