What is the best way to consolidate 100TB of media spread about on roughly 10-15 external hard drives of various sizes?

Organizing this is driving me mad. I want to be able to access all of the media all of the time

Yeah gives you two drive fault tolerance but with the benefits of ZFS.

Honestly you're doing exactly what I'm doing
But what I do is I winrar with recovery records for things I obviously don't need to access all the time. Say, the warez scene ISOs. Because those are typically, you install once and you're good. Same for emulator games. Just unrar the emulator games you need. I know rar isn't as compressed as 7z, but it does allow for recovery protection which is nice.
Then the other thing I do is I try to upgrade each individual drive to it's biggest size as I need it for each category.
So, for TV I have a 12TB. For Movies and Anime I have a 12TB. For Warez Scene ISOs, I have a 22TB. For Emulator ISOs I have a 20TB. For my archive I have a 10TB. And for porn I have a 6TB. Then there's 3 other hard drives that are just left over from upgrading them to bigger sizes. I'll just fill those up when I think of something. Currently I'm looking at archiving the entire flash collection. Which is only 1.5TB, but I can probably find more than that.
Thing is, I don't like dealing with 10 external hard drives so I just try to consolidate them as the best as I can with bigger individual ones. winrar with protection anything I don't need to constantly have access to. Any HDD that I replace that's too small, I just find some other use for it. Like my 3TB, I just put that on my couch HTPC rig as a OBS folder drive to record my emulation games with friends (because interesting shit always happens on Super Smash)

you have to buy the drives either way?
I never used unraid but it's not like it makes storage out of nothing.
