No but FreeBSD potentially can, you need to enable the linux wrapper (for running steam/proton) and wine though. Also you need to be lucky with the hardware, personally i run freebsd on a 2013 acer laptop with no issue whatever, everything was automatically recognized (to my surprise), i just had to manually set some parameters.
