FTFY
and itโ€™s the jews. Now that whites have been damaged sufficiently they are rapidly replacing the jeets with bots

they do lol. I have attended countless apartment viewings and the Indians shamelessly just say to the property manager "What's the maximum rent? Who do I pay to secure the property I don't want to apply" There is also a culture where you now have to "curry favour" with your potential landlord (no pun intended) by paying bonuses or extra application funds to increase the likelihood you'll be allowed to rent the property. People who don't pay the extra hidden costs or bonuses don't get approved. Americans think they have it bad because most places do a credit check to ensure you can get an apartment. Here, you literally have to pay thousands to a landlord for them to just view your application. Jeets happily go along with it, and the cycle continues :3

things are so cooked in the Australian property market, you wouldn't believe it

melbourne is getting better but still awful. only people with stockholm syndrome are left in sydney. the issue now is even places like adelaide and southeast queensland that were flying under the radar got inundated by victorians during and after covid so there's no real alternatives left except actual country towns

Melbourne is actually pretty good for rent
Sydney is being destroyed. I guarantee OP's pic was taken in western Sydney suburbs.
Honestly it's a shame because there are so many areas in Sydney which are so nice because they're white and Asian only, and they're about to be fucking destroyed by jeets.

They're shitting out kids on purpose because the more family members you have, the greater the chance of someone in your family winning a H1B since they're handed out randomly.

It's so fucking bad here, property prices have risen to be on par with Melbourne but because of wage stagnation the average salary in SA remains ~30% less for the exact same job in the Eastern states.

I'm on 78k a year, and despite living in the cheapest possible rental unit/sharehouse and reducing my expenses to almost nothing (don't have a car and I get free public transport thanks to my job) I'm not putting aside enough to save for a house because a 10% deposit + stamp duty on anything anywhere within 100km of the CBD requires you to have 100k cash on hand (buying new off a building plan saves you on stamp duty, but you should see the state of these "new builds"; they're boxes made of concrete 10cm thick with zero insulation, in a country/state where the temperature fluctuates between 50 degrees C in the day to 0 degrees C at night, and air-conditioning is not a viable countermeasure with us having some of if not the most expensive power prices in the developed world).

Like Elon Musk said, indians are simply superior to lazy americans.
