Software dev here. My boss wants to increase productivity, so some changes are being made:
>Confluence is out -> SharePoint is in
>Weekly PRs -> Monthly PRs
>No more unit tests

Sharepoint is terrible. I feel your pain. Confluence is shit too but Sharepoint is far worse.

I feel like more software development/tech-based firms would do better with something like the cooperative model. Business dickheads don't know anything about writing code and they pay themselves twice what we make while making stupid, unethical, or corrupt decisions. Fuck 'em.
