do you guys sit or stand? I'm turning 30 next month and I start to hurt if I sit more than 2hr per day.

Don't use cushion on your chair. It may lead to severe lower back pain. I'm not kidding!
I'm 31 and I sit like 15 hours per day.
I'm 51 and I just bought a height adjustable desk (sit/stand) I was sitting at my desk close to 12h/day
It helps a bit with back pain being able to stand some times. Although assembling said desk was harder on my back then assumed

I'm 38 and stand most of the day in my job, and sit most of the time when I am at home. If I'm not sitting, I'm using my bed laptop and laying on my stomach.

also exercise in the morning. go for at least a 3-4 mile run every morning. you want your muscles dead tired and well stretched early in the day.
