Israeli media has assured us that Iranian missiles are low tech, lacking the ability to be aimed at important targets. Anything that makes it through the Iron Dome will fall randomly into an unimportant area. So obviously this was just an unlucky happening (or lucky depending on your POV). Unless of course Israeli media was lying about Iran's capabilities.
