It's unbelievable what a piece of shit modern Windows is. I ran into some pretty annoying issues with Linux a year or so ago, and I decided to take the shills who insist Windows "just werks" at face value and revisit it. It has genuinely been just as buggy (if not moreso) and *significantly* more unstable than using any Linux distro + KDE (which is renown for being the buggiest DE). I'm thoroughly convinced now that Winshills are indeed babyducks and/or suffer from severe stockholm syndrome.

I'm so tired of the daily updates for Windows 10. Sometimes when I need to reboot my PC I'll do a hard reset just to avoid having to update while I'm in the middle of something. Why are they putting out so many?

I just upgraded. I used that debloat/win shut up thingy and I run windhawk to modify it to be mostly usable. Only real day to day annoyances with it are the settings app versus the control panel, as well as the start being clunky. But windhawk could fix that if I spent a few mins looking at the various plugins for the start menu.
