I switched from my pixel 5 to A26 last month and I still regret it. Pixel is just too good. It's the only good android brand.

oneplus or any other chinkphone >>> pixel

at least you know you're getting what you paid for, mostly cheap enough to replace through two-three years of usage with "latest" phoneslop

Replacing glowie approved spyware with a different glowie approved spyware, just buy a phone with an unlockable bootloader (that isn't Samsung, you'll disable VoLTE if you do) and flash LineageOS with no gapps, start actually using your phone as a phone and save the computer stuff for a real computer

Sony still releases the code for their phones, and Google continues to develop the core competents of Android in public - thanks to the GPL.

Battery life on Tensor Pixels is horrible unless you are in a WiFi. Never again buying this shit. I hope the Fairphone 6 won't be gigantic and I'll get it

What the fuck are you people doing with your phones. None of my smartphones ever had any problems.
This board acts like every phone has exploding or expanding batteries and falls apart at the slightest touch.

you forgot
>pixel 9a mandatory battery assistance program (degrades your battery artificially every 200 cycles to prevent explosion because they used the same chinkshit batteries as the earlier models and decided to do this instead of cancelling release or something)
...oh and the pixel 6a battery fiasco as well, they just started the same battery program as the 4a and 7a after a couple of reported explosions

also forgot pixel 5a motherboard failure, they were ALL defective and almost all of them were replaced under warranty with a 6a, which is now suffering from the battery shit, the cycle never ends.

The battery life is fantastic if you disable 5g and go LTE only. I get over 2 days per charge like this. And usually the signal is better because 5g fucking sucks ass unless your in NYC or LA.
