>>105642356 (OP) I am coding a program at the moment and I won't open source it too. It is my multi billion idea, make your own and don't steal.

>>105642356 (OP) I only respect people that develop proprietary software. If you develop open source software and you're not employed by some company to do it, you're a cuck.

Depends. I respect people who coded something themselves from 0 and learned along the way. Whether it's open-source or not I don't care. If you only worked for corpo-sloppers, you mightbe a nice person, but it's unlikely you've even been give the chance to build something from scratch. Not these days anyway.
>>105642410 thinking like this is retarded you can spend your time on reinventing wheels, or you can use existing wheels to build novel things you have limited time on this planet, so choose wisely.
>>105642356 (OP) I respect their distance if you know what mean. A dieing breed, same sort that thinks ip is a good thing and drives innovation when its just used to patent troll and lawfare.
Context and relevancy is key now. Proprietary software cant compose, they buuld themselves moats and enshittify themselves within.

>>105642356 (OP) No one respects coders. Programming is not a respectable job for a man.
