Stop being a disgusting slob, plug your sink and shower drains when not in use, spray lawn insecticide on lawn and outdoor of your house, get rid of ANY edible material (cardboard, paper, etc), borax around edges of walls, pyrethrin based insecticide inside, expanding foam behind socket covers and light switches, silicone over molding edges of bathtub/sink, no food left out, replace weather stripping on all doors, and seals on all appliances.

Clean the house. Advion. Gentrol. Live far away from slums and restaurants. Live in a first-world country in buildings not filled with pajeets.

Post your house. There may be nooks and crannies where they have their nest. If your house is a cluttered mess, you'll need to first remove all shit you won't need anymore. Go minimalist as you can. You may even find their nest that way if it's a dirty place.
If your place is already clean and they're in like the kitchen:

There's this talcum powder looking bait, it's pet safe. Every kind of insects dies in it's presence, get a turkey baster or one of those small bird feeding plungers (for mushy food) and spray it into all the cracks. If there are gaps at the base of a doorway, like between carpet and tile or wood floor also push some in there using a sheet of paper. You'll find the stuff at lowes/home depot, some bottles have the squeeze cap.

IMHO unless you got the dough to hire a contractor to make your home nearly gas tight and a pest control expert to turn all the male roaches into troons then you're just going to have to learn to live with these fuckers and keep their population as low as possible and mostly isolated to your kitchen. DO NOT EAT IN YOUR ROOM, bare minimum.

Basically give these roaches what they want, small crumby/greasy/sugary food droppings but laced with borax. Over time it will clog their digestive system and slowly kill them. Glass them with Diatomaceous earth by carefully puffing this stuff anywhere you even suspect they might be travelling through. All other poisons probably won't do shit because over time they'll start suspecting something is trying to kill them and they'll become schizo paranoid.

If you're in an apartment there is nothing you can do. You'll clean your place and they'll just come in from your mexian neighbors every time you get it rid of them. Your house, remove all sources of food even yours, get way more bug bombs than you need then bomb the house and stay in a hotel for a couple days letting those chemicals do their job. I've heard people do the same with an ozone generator just leaving one running in every room for a week and then coming back to everything dead.

What kind of roaches are you dealing with? If they are German or Oriental roaches, your infestation risk is high. If you see baby roaches, then you need to act fast. Seal up any points of entry, buy some bug bombs, & leave some bait stations out to attack their nests.

You can also use baking soda or boric acid. Leave a small bowl of water next to another bowl of a sugar/baking soda mixture. Roaches will eat the mixture then drink the water, killing them.

1. To kill shit dead get yourself a bottle of picrel or any insecticide that has Diazipol, mix five spoons of the product into a liter of water, spray around sinks and toilet and keep the room clear for at least 8 hours.
Check for "domestic use" labels because they generally mean they're way softer, in that case just mix 10 spoons into the same water, since I'm a state-licensed fumigator I get the real stuff.
Cost: around 15 euros.
2. To keep them dead make yourself a roach trap with sugar, water and baking soda.

The remarkable thing about boric acid is that they cannot evolve a resistance to it, unlike bait. It takes a while to kick in, kills them very slowly. Expect it to take weeks to months. But once they come in contact with it, it contaminates their whole colony like radioactive fallout. They end up spreading it on one another and ingesting it as they cannibalize their dead, while it slowly dissolves them inside and outside.
But if your neighbors are causing it, you'll have to move. And ditch most of your belongings, or at least cleanse and quarantine them somehow before taking them to the new place.
