>finally managed to get out of neetdom and go to university to study computer science
>the it market crashes and burns by the time I graduate because of jeets and ai (mostly jeets)
>now I feel like I just wasted multiple years studying at a university and I won't even be able to find a good job
I genuinely want to kill myself, fuck.
It really feels like life just hates me.

Same thing happened to me, I went back to school right before everything went to shit and just graduated. I don't really care, though. I like programming and computers, and it's the only domain I'm particularly knowledgeable in, so I don't see myself doing anything else for work anyway. Also, I've been a NEET for so long that it really doesn't make a difference to me one way or another at this point.

I'm just going to work on the projects I find interesting, and if I can get a job along the way, then great. If not, I don't really give a fuck, not like it's my fault the job market went to shit. Also, I paid for my degree with gubmint bux and came out net positive, so no skin off my brow.

Use your IT knowledge to freelance
Program a python bot to trade for you
Larp as a redteamer and do cyber security or do a computer repair business and use your IT competency to be a one man business the help desk position is oversaturated unless your willing to greyhound/fly out to some place getting into DevOps and networking will give you a good career too as jeets and ai cannot physically lay the groundwork and plan to install a building networking system

Apply for DEVOPS job, claim you have 2 years of experience working with linux or something like that (ricing linux)
I worked with DEVOPS people that were windows babies, they literally have no clue how to write bash, they only learned some gitlab ci things and using some tools like grafana and other UIs for tools like that, but couldn't do anything that was not predefined recipe a senior made for them

Imagine inheriting wealth. I literally was a first generation of non-poor people in my family. Nobody gave me anything. I've paid out rest of the home loan they had which would they still repay for 10 years or even more. Live is RNG. If you had been born in a shithole that was raped by neighbour nations for hundreds of years and only got free from communism ~35 years ago then your parents would be dirt poor too. It only got a little better, because the same motherfuckers are still in parliament as ministers and serving themselves.

Not him but i pay 330€ per semester and that includes a nation wide public transportation ticket (no high speed rail though). But obviously, that does not cover lodging and food. I pay 425€ rent monthly including Internet, heating, gas, water and electricity so im clearly sub 3k a semester, but of course there's still a need for food, clothing and other expenditures, so 5k is something one should expect. That said, if one works 20h a week even at minimum wage here the pay exceeds 5k so one can easily work his way through university here.

If that's 15k euro, then it's pretty similar.
Aussie tuition is equivalent to 13-20k euro, depending on if it's a 3 or 4 year bachelor.
Although I believe that is mainly for STEM degrees.
I think a lot of less useful degrees, like certain kinds of business and art, don't get the same level of subsidies, so they're more expensive.
