Unfortunately I'm stuck with Xfinity for the time being and the Xfinity Jews throttle VPNs. Connection goes from 60mbps to 1mbps. Tried all the common recommended settings on PIA to get around it but got nowhere.

Anyone here know any workarounds? I just want to download anime files for AJATT.

Consumer VPNs inherently introduce increased latency, due to the sheer amount of users, and Xfinity / Comcast is by far the worst ISP in North America. Basically, you have three options:
>1. Buy a VPS and roll your own VPN service on there (it's actually not that hard to do).
>2. Switch to another ISP.
>3. Accept defeat.

It's just retarded that not a single site online uploads JP subtitles but they'll have German, Tagalog, and Portuguese. (animelon died)

If it's just pirating then you don't need a VPN, just use a debrid service.
>unlimited premium on dozens of direct download sites (mega, 1fichier etc)
>downloads torrents on your behalf and gives you a direct download link
>all downloads are proxied through the debrid service via an encrypted connection so your ISP won't know you're torrenting
>can hook it up to apps like Stremio/Kodi/Plex for lagless HQ streams
