Give users the ability to tag threads on 4chan with their content so people can filter it (For example, tagging a racebait thread). The user can set a threshold of how many tags from unique users it takes for a thread to be filtered.

why stop at tagging threads?
you could implement an entire ecosystem of content and metadata overlaid over vanilla 4chan including secret boards, markdown syntax, uploading non-supported filetypes, ghostposts that only appear to users of this overlay extension, etc.
