I lost the bookmarks on one of my machines that I use to look for obscure content being hosted over p2p. One of these sites was similar to the internet archive's discmaster, where it kept a frequently updated database of the file metadata of torrents being shared by public torrent trackers and allowed you to search by filename. For example, you could search ".c" and get a list of torrents with source code files. The site also had a feature that would let you browse its most recently collected metadata.

I'm also open to any alternative sites or self hosting an oss solution.

I'd say it depend on their mental development more than physical, and it's not fuck, really. It's more about the ability of being a wife and a mother.
