False. The reviewers are freedesktop devs primarily and they are asking projects to donate time reviewing but nobody's available. As for the front page, we just haven't started an initiative to add metadata to all our apps plus GNOME has around 400 third party apps which is why they show up more often. Flathub regularly shows our apps that pass the criteria but also proprietary apps like discord and slack.
