Depends on the damage. You'd have to dismantle the item and get the circuit board out. Isopropyl Alcohol 99% will clean most of the board but it will not fix rust, corrosion or broken traces. For that, manual soldering and reconnection of the missing traces would need to be performed. All of this, of course, providing the item is worth going through the effort and time in the first place. If not, move to repelacement. Best of luck.

Not just a matter of making holes. The latex is right up against their skin, so there's no airflow either. "Drainage" openings probably won't work either. Notice when they're poking at the ankle, there's literally a giant hole in the outfit one inch below, and the sweat still pooled.
And I don't think latex takes well to having random holes. The armpit opening in the beginning I doubt was intentional, the joint between pieces probably broke.

If you're working with lye, you have to make sure you get the gloves without the holes, otherwise you burn
