Any enclosed printer from Bambulabs, with that extra money you could get one that can hold and print 3 different spools. Get PLA and Nylon is sturdier than ABS. These things are ridiculously "plug and play", there isnt any dicking with it like you would an ender printer.

if you don't know how to 3d model and want to make designs incredibly easily, use Google Sketchup 2017. There is no 'pushing' or 'pulling' objects but you use precise measurements to create geometry. There is an extension that lets you export to stl for 3d printing

Not op but I tried using sketchup and it feels weird, idk I'm old and only used digital drawing board aka acad back in the day.

im only familiar with sketchup. Its good for making irl things and replacements, where you gotta be precise and you are good with a ruler or have calipers
