You have years of experience where others don't. There are also many things other people have years of experience in that you don't and I'm sure there are things in those areas that may look complex to you that are easy for them.

The vast majority of people don't know how to think critically or make logical decisions. They just want the easiest solution possible which takes the path of least resistance.
