It's an anti-bot measure. If you don't want every single post you see be AI slop or even CP then you have to put up with it.

You only have to do 120 sec cooldowns for the first five or so posts your IP makes and then it will switch to the normal 60 second cooldowns. For making new threads you have to do the Cloudfare check and 300 sec cooldown. If you email verify then you can post immediately with no cooldown time.
