Yes, kind of. But my boss at the time misdiagnosed it as me being too stubborn to ask for help, so it wasn't that bad in the end. My current boss doesn't seem to know or care that I get nothing done.

My boss only checks success metrics quarterly. Doesn't matter if I spend a week playing videogames while "planning the solution architecture" or whatever, as long as my 3-month average productivity is good. And it's well above average so no complaints.
